Most Common Buyer Forms
As of August 17, 2024, the following is a list of the most common buyer forms when starting to work with an agent. The BCA must be explained and signed when starting to work with the agent. Then either BRBC or the PSRA must be explained and be signed before the agent is allowed to show any properties. This is not only an NAR and CAR requirement, but as of January 1, 2025, it will be a California law. If the buyer does not want to be represented by an agent when making an offer then they must sign a BNA form, WARNING, you cannot get any advice from the listing agent as to how to complete any forms including the purchase agreement, or the process of purchasing the property.
